What to do if Recycle Bin had Disappeared?

Step 1. In the Windows search bar, type Regedit and press Enter key.
Step 2. Navigate to Go to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Explorer > Desktop > NameSpace.”
Step 3. Right-click in the empty space in the right pane > select New > Key.


Step 4. Once the new items is created, rename the file to “{645FFO40-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}”. In the value data option enter Recycle Bin.
Step 5. Exit Registry Editor and restart the system.
Step 6. This should restore the Recycle Bin icon. Now try to retrieve deleted photos.

Method 2. Recovering Deleted Photos from Laptop Using Photos Recovery Tool

If you have used the Shift+ Delete key or the Recycle Bin is emptied, your only option is to use photo recovery software. With its help, you can quickly restore deleted pictures.
