Step 5 – You may find the Verify Integrity of Game Files option in the Local Files options.
Step 6 – Click on the option to initiate the process
Step 7 – Let it run at its pace, and once it is over, relaunch Steam to run the game!

Step 1 – The game servers can often be the problem. Hence, you should identify what server you are logged on to.

Step 3 – Install the downloaded tool on your computer and launch it.
Step 4 – From the home screen, click on Start Scan Now. This will initiate the search for all the outdated drivers on your PC.
Step 5 – Once the Scan is complete, check if the list of outdated drivers has a Network Adapter Driver. If yes, then the connection to the profile service cannot be established, which is probably caused due to it.
Step 6 – To be safer, click Update All and let the process finish.
Step 7 – The tool will automatically restart your PC so that the updates can take effect. You can start the game and check if the error appears again.
Step 1 – If the internet is working fine and the network adapter driver is also up to date, chances are that the DNS server is slow. Hence, bring up the Run search (Win+R) on your PC and use the command – ncpa. cpl.
Step 2 – Select the connected source and click on it to open properties.
Step 4 – In the TCP/IPv4 properties, select the “Use the following DNS server Address”. This will make the values editable.
Step 5 – In the Opened up space, simply use the following DNS values to change your DNS server
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
Step 6 – After making the changes, save all the steps and return to the game.
Step 7 – Launch the Back 4 Blood on your PC, which should run properly.
Besides these fixes, you should also ensure that your internet connection is solid from both your router and your PC end. Check the connection physically and technically to be sure. Also, try updating your OS and Steam client, as they cause problems.
