PDF Editor: Scanner & Reader app allows its users to edit the existing content in the PDF as well as add new text and images anywhere on any page within the PDF. Here are the steps-

Step 1- Click on the Content Editor in the main menu.
Step 2 – Load any PDF and then add text or images using the option provided below.
Step 3 – To edit the existing text, long tap on the existing content and choose Edit from the context menu.

Step 4 – After you have made the changes, tap outside the editable box to save the changes.

Add Annotation

If you wish to add annotations on your PDF content, like highlight, underline, or strikethrough text, then PDF Editor: Scanner & Reader is the app for you. It also includes a freehand drawing tool that you can use to circle or mark any section in the PDF.

Step 1- Launch the app and choose Annotations from the main menu.
Step 2 – Open any PDF, and you will find the annotations open at the bottom of your screen.

Protect PDF – Add Password

Securing your PDF is an important task. It can be easily accomplished with the PDF Editor: Scanner & Reader app by adding a password to open the PDF document.

Step 1 – Open the app and choose Protect PDF.
Step 2 – Choose the PDF and then set the Password.

Note : You can also set permissions to restrict printing the document and copying the content from the PDF.

Watermark – Add Watermark

Step 1 – Open the app and choose Watermark.
Step 2 – Open the PDF and tap on Add Watermark.

Step 3 – Place the WaterMark box on the PDF.
Step 4 -You can increase the size of the box or rotate it using the key in the bottom left corner.

Step 5 – Tap on the watermark text to edit it.

Sign PDF- Add Signature

Sometimes, you may have to digitally sign the PDF document before sending it. This happens in cases of legal documents that you send to banks or government agencies. Step 1 – Launch the app and choose Sign PDF from the main menu.
Step 2 – Open the PDF you wish to add the signature to.
Step 3 – Next, click on the Add a Signature Field at the bottom.

Step 4 – Drag the mouse cursor where you wish to place the signature box.
Step 5 – Next, click on the dropdown menu at the top and choose Viewer.
Step 6 – Now, click the sign box and add the signature.

Forms- Add Form Elements

You can insert form elements like text boxes, radio buttons, dropdown menus, etc, on a blank or existing PDF. Here is what you need to do.

Step 1 – Open the app and choose Forms from the main menu.
Step 2 – Click on Open to choose the PDF.
Step 3 – The PDF will now open with all the form elements laid out in the bottom tab.

Social Media Sharing -Share SnapShot

PDF Editor: Scanner & Reader allows users to take a snapshot of any content within any page of the PDF and share it with anyone on popular sharing mediums, like WhatsApp, Skype, Gmail, and more.

Step 1 – Open the app, tap on View & Create PDF, and select any PDF.
Step 2 – Next, click on the three dots in the top-right corner and select Snap from the dropdown menu.
Step 3 – Drag your finger around the content you wish to snap and share.
Step 4 – A box will be created, highlighting the content. Tap on Share to share the snap.

View Document Information

Users can view the information related to the PDF document, like File name, size, title, number of pages, software used to create the PDF, creation date, modification date, and permissions using the Document Info feature. Open the document and click on the three dots in the upper-right corner, and select Document Info.
