If none of the fixes explained in the post have helped, we suggest you to disable Enhanced Protected Mode.
To do so follow these steps:
1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. In the Run Dialog, type inetcpl.cpl and Click OK.
3. Click Advanced Tab. Look for "Enable Enhanced Protected Mode" under Settings and uncheck it.
4. Click OK. Restart Internet explorer and check if the issue resolved.
