It did not work. Only recorded a black screen
Hello Saya,
Generally, the black screen is recorded when hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser.
It would help if you deactivated hardware acceleration before you record.
For Chrome -
Open Chrome and Navigate to – Settings→ Systems→ Use hardware acceleration when available. Turn the toggle off to disable it.
For Microsoft Edge
Open Browser and Navigate to – Settings→ Systems→ Use hardware acceleration when available. Turn the toggle off to disable it.
For Firefox
Open the browser.
Copy and paste the following in the address bar - about:preferences#general
Scroll down and go to Performance > uncheck the box next to "Use recommended performance settings." You will now get the "Use hardware acceleration when available" option. Please disable it.
Relaunch the browser to save changes. Now launch Advanced Screen Recorder, click the three stacked lines > Settings > Record > uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration." Close the settings window.
Now play the Amazon Prime Video and use Advanced Screen Recorder to record the screen. This should help.
