Fix 1 – Refresh Your IP Configuration
Step 1 – Go to the Start Menu of your PC and look for CMD. 
Step 2 – From the search results, choose Command Prompt and use the run as administrator option to launch it.
Step 3 – After launching the application, use the following commands one after the other and let it refresh the IP configuration of your PC –
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Restart your PC to give it a quick memory refresh, and the error should be resolved.
Fix 2 – Reset Windows Sockets IP

Step 4 – From the settings, check and ensure that all the following settings are enabled –
- Link-Layer Topology Discovery Responder
- Client for Microsoft Networks
- Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
- File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks
Make sure that the boxes in front of these settings are checked. If any of these were unchecked, enable them now and then save the changes you made.

Fix 5 – Disable IPv6
