Before we begin with the fixes, here are some preliminary steps that you can take to make your Arch Bluetooth mouse work –

1. Restart your PC to ensure it is not a temporary glitch in the Bluetooth program. Rebooting will refresh the Bluetooth register for fresh connections.
2. Disconnect and unpair your Bluetooth mouse and refresh your PC. Then, try adding it again as a new device and check if it is working properly.
3. Try using your Arch Bluetooth device with another PC to see if your system is causing the error or if the issue is with the mouse itself.

Fix 1 – Run the Hardware Troubleshooter Via Run

Step 1 – Press Win+R to open the Run search.
Step 2 – Use the command msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic and hit Enter.

Step 3 – This will open the Hardware and Device troubleshooter on your screen.

Step 4 – Click on Next to run the troubleshooter.
Step 5 – Let it find the issue. Once done, it will show you information about the error and a way to fix it. Allow the troubleshooter to fix it, and the error will be resolved.

Fix 2 – Update Drivers or Restore Old Driver

Step 4 – Right-click on the device, open its properties, and navigate to the Power Management Tab.

Step 5 – Unmark the power setting that allows your PC to turn off the device.
