2) Click Change plan settings. 
3) Click Change advanced power settings. 
4) Double-click on USB settings to expand and find the USB selective suspend setting.
5) From the drop-down, select Disabled > click Apply >OK.
Note : Laptop users must click On battery, then select Disabled from the drop-down menu. To re-enable the setting, repeat the above steps and enable it.
